"Okay, I'm ready," Fawn said as she lay back on her bed.

"Let's begin then," Jake replied, holding up the pocket watch. He had little experience using it, having only put Jessica and Katia under that one time, so he'd asked some of the girls to let him try it on them. Jen, Sarah, Jessica, Diana, Mina. They'd all turned him down but Fawn... Fawn seemed interested in the idea.

When questioned further, she'd explained her interest in being able to just enjoy being in a trance with no worries or problems, instead of being forced to obey. The deal was that, in return for letting him put her under, Jake would help Fawn overcome some of her anxieties. He'd also promised that he wouldn't try anything while she was under.

The watch's face displayed a spiral instead of time and, while Jake could put his energy into it like with his pendant, he wanted to try a normal induction without the aid of his powers, something he'd wanted to try since long before coming to this dimension. He set the spiral spinning and began his induction. "I want you to focus your attention on the spiral, Fawn. I want you to stare deeply into it, to try and find the exact centre. It may be difficult as it spins round and round, but it'll all be worth it once you find it."

Fawn did as she was asked, searching the spiral for the point Jake wanted her to focus on. Her real focus, however, was on thoughts of what Jake might make her do. Jake said he wouldn't do anything to me while I'm under and I trust him; he's certainly the most trustworthy hypnotist in the house, aside from Jessica, and he did promise me and all... but what if he's tempted while I'm under? He is a teenage boy, after all and he has said that he thinks I'm pretty. I'd be helpless to resist. And he could make me forget all about it. I wish I'd thought of that earlier. What do I do?

Seeing the discomfort in her expression, Jake moved from his chair onto her bed. He sat next to her and stroked her hair, causing her to gasp. "It's okay, Fawn. I won't do anything to hurt you, you know that. And I promised I wouldn't do anything to you while you're under, didn't I? You've been such a good friend to me ever since I met you and I want to help you. You can trust me, right?"

Yeah, he's right. I can trust him. He made a promise and Jake is such a nice guy. That's why fell in I love with him. I guess I was worried over nothing. Her eyes moved back to the centre of the spiral.

"Good girl. Keep staring. You can just about see the centre now. Watch as that tiny little dot starts to grow. That dot represents my control over you. The rest of the spiral is your spinning mind. As the dot grows, so too does my control over your mind and body. It will soon eclipse the rest of the spiral and you will obey my commands."

It really is growing. I'll belong to Jake soon. That's okay; I trust him completely. And if I get to go into a relaxing trance, I guess I can obey his commands for a while... As the dot grew larger in her mind's eye, her pupils shrank until they were barely visible. They then began to stretch, spiraling outwards. It felt good to let go. It always did but this time was better. She was willing and the one hypnotizing her was the one she loved. She couldn't be happier.

Jake saw her spiraling eyes and happy smile. He smiled back. "Good girl. Now, let's get those anxieties sorted, shall we?"

After ten minutes of just relaxing in trance, Fawn awoke, feeling refreshed and well rested. She shook her head and looked up at Jake, sitting next to her.

"Thanks for the help, Fawn. That was-" She suddenly shot up and kissed him on the lips.

"...a sensual experience?" she asked the stunned boy seductively.
